Description of MDEA Chain extender and Curing agent
Polyurethane Elastomer, Polyurea Resin Curing Agent And Epoxy Curing Agent.
The MDEA is used as polyurethane chain extender and epoxy curing agent.
MDEA is a chain extender for polyurethane and also a curing agent for epoxy resin. The products have good dynamic mechanical properties which are not available in common chain extenders. It is also used in the synthesis of polyimides and as an intermediate in organic synthesis.
MDEA is suitable for casting polyurethane elastomer (CPU), RIM elastomer and coating (including spraying elastomer coating) in polyurethane field. The product has good hydrolytic stability and low water absorption.
As an excellent chain extender and curing agent, it can improve the mechanical and dynamic properties of products. It is also suitable for Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), adhesive, prepreg and chemical anticorrosive coatings. It can also be used as polyurea resin curing agent.
