Description of 4,4'-Methylenebis(2-methyl-6-ethylaniline)-MMEA
MMEA acts as a chain extender for polyurethane (PU) elastomers and a hardener for Epoxy resins, designed to enhance the mechanical performance and dynamic physical properties. Additionally, MMEA is utilized as a raw material in the synthesis of Polyimides and Maleimides, and as an intermediate in organic synthesis processes. MMEA offers an optimal solution for applications demanding products with light coloration and superior aging resistance. MMEA can be applied with other kinds of amine curing agents to meet stringent physical property requirement. Moreover, as a precursor for bismaleimide resin, MMEA is extensively employed in the manufacture of copper clad laminates (CCL) for PCB structures, attributed to its exceptional heat resistance, chemical resistance, and adhesive properties.
